The Asylum & Immigration Tribunal has overturned its previous ruling that prevented deportation of Zimbabweans refused asylum. They had ruled that the act of claiming asylum in the UK puts people in danger of persecution from the state, and they therefore shouldn't be removed.
This is now apparently not the case (cos hey, there's no longer a UK-hating dictator in charge of… oh wait. There is) and clears the way for deportations.
