Officers from 'A' Division of Strathclyde Police stood guard around a small group of BNP activists in Glasgow City Centre today, as the BNP shouted racist slogans and waved flags and banners.
The Edinburgh Community Representatives Network is calling for a protest against the "Unfairer Scotland Fund"'s distribution, which will close down and seriously reduce social services in the poorest areas of Edinburgh.
The protest will take place in front of the City Chambers on the High Street in Edinburgh, Thursday 18th of December, at 10 am.
