From Glasgow To Gaza

Glasgow demonstrations against Israeli state assault upon the Palestinian people.

January 3rd

Emergency demo in Glasgow, Sunday 3rd, after fullscale invasion of Gaza.

Today as people all around the world showed their opposition to the Israeli assault upon the people of Gaza, Israeli tanks rolled across the border into Gaza.

A coalition of different groups have called for people to gather in Glasgow tomorrow, Sunday 4th Jan, outside Borders on Buchanan St at 1p.m.

You are asked to bring white sheets (that you don't mind covering in colourant) and red food colouring/fake blood.

French government against autonomous and self-sufficient people

The 11th November in Tarnac (small French village) 10 people have been arrested without proof. They are accused to destroy the French Rail during the French Rail Strikes. Cops have searched in their house and found metallic bars and laptops, so if you have laptop and metallic bars at home and if you grow your own vegetables and like helping old people, in France you will be called terrorist, anarcho-autonomous terrorist!

These people have lots of support in France, Europe and in Moscow, but lot of French people believe that Government wants to say: the new ennemy is internal, this is people who do not believe they need government, they are terrorists. People believe that because Media agree and broadcast the arrestation of the terrorists who destroy our proud nationalist rail!! (Vive la France!.... I try to joke, it is difficult)

The rage is growing up and demonstrations of support continue because 2 of these 10 people are still in jail and risk 20 years of imprisonment!!

Does Color Fucking Matter?

Ever see color? Color in regard to one’s skin? I ask because throughout my lifetime, I have heard many, many times from folks who I am in regular contact with that they do not see color. Their opinion is that we all live in the same world, and if everyone would just “not see color,” then gosh darnit, this ding dang world would be a grand ol’ place to be. Because, they say, color does not matter.

Anarchists blockade Israeli Air Force base

'Anarchists' block entrance to IAF base in protest of Gaza strikes

Twenty-one members of the "Anarchists Against the Wall" group were arrested Friday morning after they blocked the entrance to the Sde Dov Israel Air Force base in North Tel Aviv.

The protestors, wearing white masks and covered in fake blood, laid on the street and played dead.

They said they were arrested after they left the road and were on the sidewalk. Ayala, one of the protestors, said that the protest was meant to "show IAF pilots the results of their actions in Gaza. From thousands of feet in the air, a pilot who aims and presses a button can ignore, forget, or be unable to fathom that at that moment he killed innocent people. We came here to remind them of this."
