Following Glasgow City Council's devastating decision recently to close 20 primary schools and nurseries across the city, it's becoming clear that the profiteering, free-market agenda of closures and cuts isn't just limited to the council bureacracy.
The Govanhill Baths is opening its doors for the second time since the Baths was closed in 2001, following the eviction of a community building occupation. The building will be open on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th of September for the public to see the Baths in its current state and find out about plans for its future redevelopment.
