Slaves in Greece МакÑ?им Жилин MAXIM ZHILIN Maxim Zhilin came from Russia to Greece [island Corfu, N.W. Greece] at the end of September 2005, to work. An office 'Interpersonal' at Novosibirsk, Russia told him that could find him a job as building worker, but finally was working for 10 days in a restaurant at Corfu. He didn't like this job so he wanted to leave back to his country. But he LOST his small bag with all his papers, identity card, passport etc. He went to police station there in the island to announce it. Then went to airport to find out what hours are the departures from Corfu to Russia. There, policemen caught him because he had no papers… They put him in a HOSPITAL for some cicatrix in his mouth. Nothing serious but stayed in the hospital for many days… Until the day, that police of the island found out that a disappeared woman [Ageliki Lefkimmiati - Sela] had finally being killed in a very barbarous way, with many knife wounds in her heart. Maxim was in the hospital. They asked him if he did this crime, and he said 'YES'… It is very strange why Maxim, all these days didn't try to escape from the hospital if he really had did the crime. He was free to do it. Nobody knows if Maxim's 'YES' for the crime was an influence of some drugs in this hospital… In his apology there are many 'dark points'. MANY !!! About the time of the crime, about the place of the dead body, about the words that said this woman to Maxim… But Sela's brother, FOUND Maxim's LOST small bag in the place of the crime. Not the police, but her brother found it !!!! After some days… There is a man, head of a near by village, who said that he saw the victim Ageliki Lefkimmiati-Sela ONE HOUR after the hour that Maxim said that he killed her. And the same man says that SHE WAS NOT IN NORMAL CONDITION. She was running in her car, afraid, and she didn't saw him as she was passing by him. One hour later is long time… But police didn't hear the statement of this man. His name is Mr. Louvros. They put Maxim in the jail at the other side of Greece, N.E. Greece, Komotini city. He was waiting for his trial. People said that in this prison there are many members of Russian-Pontian mafia. After one month they brought Maxim back to Corfu to show them exactly how he did the crime. There were too many policemen, nobody could go near Maxim. Nobody could hear what he was saying. They said that he confessed in English, but he didn't know English as I heard. He had neither translator, nor lawer. He was really ALONE. Then Maxim stayed in Corfu jail. UNTIL the thirty of December 2005 [12.30.2005], when they decided to drive him in the jail of another Greek city. With him there were and 2 Albanians, 17 and 18 y.o., whom police caught them as they were trying to pass into Greece with 128 kilos of hashish. They had their hands free, because this is the law in Greece for under aged prisoners. 2 policemen were in the police van, one of them driver and the other guard. Police van arrive at Central Greece, in a very desert street. NOW the fable begins… We have only the confession of the two Albanian boys. They say that: 1. Maxim was crying to stop for his physical need. 2. Policemen stopped but they drove out of the van first the one Albanian and after they drove out Maxim with the second Albanian boy. 3. Maxim hit the two policemen, took the gun of ONE, and killed them. 4. He didn't take the second gun, but he escaped with only the one, which had only ONE BULLET in it. Neither he tried to drive the police van and to leave this place. 5. The one Albanian escaped too, but he went to a different direction from Maxim's. The other Albanian stayed there in the van. 6. After half an hour, a police officer was passing in his car from this street and saw the scene. The two policemen who were down on the road next to the car, and the one Albanian. This man said to TV that the one policeman was still ALIVE ! He didn't try to help him but LEAVE them and went in the next town to bring help. Meanwhile this wounded policeman DIES. 7. The Albanian said that MAXIM KILLED THE 2 POLICEMEN. 8. All the Special Forces of Greek Police from this moment were trying to find Maxim and the other Albanian. 9. The New Year's Day found the Albanian, 12 klm. away from this place. 10. At the evening of this day, many villagers say that they heard a shoot. Policemen didn't mention it. 11. The other day [01.02.2006] , they found Maxim's Zhilin dead body. It was next to a river, Malakasiotis, [the first part of Pinios river, Central Greece], in a place that EVERYBODY could see it very easily. He was wearing only a t-shirt and it was in the middle of WINTER…. His head had a trauma of a bullet, the only bullet of the policeman's gun… 12. Policemen immediately STOPPED their searches. Didn’t try to find nothing more, they said that they are sure that Maxim committed suicide. 13. But they moved Maxim's dead body, they moved the gun next to him, so they changed the basic things of this scene. 14. The medical examiner who went to see the place and the dead body, WAS NOT the woman who was in shift for this day, but ANOTHER, the forelady, Mrs. Leontaris, who is relative to Mr. Kyriakakis, the head police officer in that case. She said from the first moment that it was a suicide, but no medical examiner can say this. Especially in the case that the body had moved by others. But the decision was already taken. 'Maxim killed 3 times, now he is dead, so THERE WILL NOT BE ANY TRIAL for Ageliki Lefkimmiati-Sela's murder. The case will close'. I call Maxim Zhilin's parents to try to find out WHY THEIR CHILD had to be killed ! There is a big mystery and there is somebody [or many] who wanted Maxim DEAD. They wanted to close this case - Sela's murder - very soon. There are some 'Offices' which bring men and women from all over Balkans in Greece to work as SLAVES. With no rights, with not the right salaries. One of them was Maxim Zhilin. But he didn't know it, he found out it when he was at Corfu. He wanted to go back in Russia. But they criminated him and finally they killed him…
