Four arrest have taken place before 1pm on Tuesday 24th Jan 2006 Three to four more people are holding out in the trees.

People were removed from the 2nd (main) net at 10:30 Tuesday. Another net was rised up below by the climbers and the ropes to the protesters' net cut. The Bad Guys' net was lowered and protesters jumped on by bored bailiffs. In the afternoon, "Mongoose" (ahem) was removed from the skyship over the river. All 5 appeared in Edinburgh Sheriff Court early Wednesday afternoon on a charge of Aggravated Trespass and were bailed on condition of keeping out of the Park and some of its surroundings.
