INC - Indymedia's new newspaper is OUT NOW! Get your copy hot off the press.
5000 copies of our eight page newspaper - INC (indymedia no computer) arrived from our printers yesterday. Created with the Open Source Scribus desktop publishing systems it has features on the Unity campaign in Glasgow, and the Housing Matters campaign in Edinburgh, plus a first hand report from Chiapas in Mexico from the February 16 autonomous municipality. There are also updates on the G8 trials, an account on the mass movement that swept France, Pensioners Projectile and Pish, how the new Tetra mobile phone masts are frying your brains, more on Glasgow Diggers and the return of Critical Mass in Aberdeen.
We are looking for contributors and editors for future issues and distributors for the current one. We are especially looking for new outlets for the newspaper. We'll be announcing an open meeting for anyone who wants to get involved soon or you can get in touch at inc@imcscotland.org
You can get copies now from Susie's Diner, Wordpower, ACE, Forest cafe (Edinburgh), CCA, Generator (Dundee), Chalkboard, the Unity Centre (Glasgow).
Or you can download a PDF of the first issue here. Warning - to print this out you need A3 sized paper.
