the fascist thugs of the "Scottish Defence League" have announced that they plans to hold a "static demonstration" in Glasgow city centre, on the afternoon of Saturday 27 November.
The SDL are an offshoot of the violent English Defence League, who over the past 18 months have wreaked havoc in towns and cities across England, attacking Muslims and stirring up hatred towards minorities. In Scotland, the SDL have attempted to repeat... this - but have so far been unable to, having been stopped by mass anti-fascist mobilisations, in Glasgow in November 2009 and Edinburgh in February 2010. On both these occasions, thousands poured on to the streets to prevent the SDL from being able to organise and march on our streets.
On Saturday 27 November, we need a similar response - Glasgow must stand up to the SDL's politics of racism, hatred and division.

Stop the fascists, ie people who are standing up to Islamofascism? What logic is that? Can't you guys see that Islamofascism is a threat? Why are the English Defence League fascist? Because they protest about Islamic extremism? You guys give anti-fascism a bad name as you label anyone a fascist who refuses to tow your polically correct line and bowing down to Islamic extremists is taking political correctness to absurb lengths. If you want to debate the morals of Islam and Shariah Law etc by all means do so, although I suggest you find more reliable sources of information than the Daily Mail. The issue here is not religious or political debate, it is 30 or so morons making Nazi salutes, veiled threats, blatant racist abuse and making Nazi salutes. In short you are creating more problems than you solve (which is none).
What are your issues with Shariah Law? You disagree with the Death penalty for sex offenders? Well tell that to the BNP who advocate such policies. You disagree with lack of womens rights? Again the BNP have similar viewpoints, tell that to them. Do you hate terrorists? Well then of course you'll condemn the BNP, as several members have been caught in possesion of illegal firearms, and many of actual criminal acts of terrorism. Or is that 'different' because our country is being 'invaded'.
Show us you are not all hypocrites by attacking just one BNP/ Combat 18/ NF/ Blood and Honour gathering. No? I didn't think so..
