This is my reply to a piece by Alison Rowat in the Herald Scotland recently she titled "Condi Rice: too smart to run for the White House"
First my credentials as a prolific Scottish author on the subject of Condoleezza Rice.
GOOGLE

Now google

Therefore I extend a warm welcome to Alison and wish her all the best as a novice writer on the fascinating subject of Condoleezza Rice.
Condi, as those who love her call Condoleezza Rice, was right on Iraq and on much else. The world is a better, more civilised place without Saddam Hussein.
Condi's political vision of the war on terror and transformational diplomacy was the spark that lit the fire of freedom that is the Arab spring.
How apt that Alison mentioned the "Berlin Wall" because it came down thanks to Condi's critical intervention as the US
* Special Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs and Senior Director for Soviet Affairs, National Security Council, March 1990 - March 1991
* Director, Soviet and East European Affairs, National Security Council, February 1989 - March 1990
In short, Condi won the cold war for the west if any single person won it.
Yes long before Iraq there was the Iron Curtain to bring down and the whole continent of Europe to be freed and made whole.
Condoleezza Rice is the most successful world leader in modern times, without exception.
Imagine what more she could achieve for the poor, downtrodden and oppressed people of the world with the further power that elected office would bring to her elbow.
I hope she runs for president one day.

This in turn led to a news story on CBS Evening News the other night (which I saw when it was re-broadcast on British TV).
My YouTube video includes the CBS News story -
"Condoleezza Rice's Iraq foresight dismissed by Bush's generals."
My comments on the story.
Condoleezza Rice is too modest to wonder if Stephen Hadley had been right to suggest she should resign.
Least of all has Condoleezza Rice any reason to doubt the value of her continuing service to President Bush, the United States of America, the people of Iraq and of the world, of all religions and of none.
To come to the question of whether Condoleezza Rice should have resigned as National Security Advisor as it seems Stephen Hadley may have suggested.
NO absolutely Condoleezza Rice should not have resigned.
Did Jesus resign?
Do angels resign?
Does God resign?
Condi CAN'T resign from being Condoleezza Rice - it is her job for life!
Condi was right not to quit even though her wisdom was overlooked at the time.
Instead, Steve Hadley should have suggested that the Generals might consider resigning so long as they continued to dismiss Condi's advice.
Instead Steve should have given Condi full support like a truly loyal number 2 ought to have done.
Steve should not have sought to advance his own career at Condi's expense. This was a disloyal motive perhaps.

Re: Scottish authors disagree about Condoleezza Rice

NEWS FROM NOWHERE
The wisest thing I seen about Condi when she left the political
stage as secretary of State was she went and joined the
William Morris Society. That proves she has a higher concious
ness than the Aggressive war makers that run the country of
U.S.A. In todays movement for democracy to the fullest it
still remains that women needs to be elected equally, which
in the Imperialist Camp means doubling democracy by
electing one man and one woman per constituency at all
levels of society. That would access women to half the law
making, and half the wealth, while allowing them half the
religious authority. In short restoring the matriarchy to its
full functioning again, which has been gone since the Roman
Slaveholders Empire conquored it. She would do well
if she could stop the fossil fuel burn-out of the planets oxygen.
William Morris the socialist insisted the scientific socialism
begins with electing women equally throughout society.
That way the man and women question could be fully
solved again. That way the patriarchy could recover from
millenium exploitation which is the alienated specie not in
ecological balance because of male domination of democracy.

Ah. You have got the wrong "William Morris".
Condoleezza Rice signed up with the "William Morris Agency" or "William Morris Endeavour" to sign publishing deals for her books, such as this latest one "No Higher Honor".
So WME arranged Condoleezza Rice to sign a book publishing deal with Crown Publishers which is an imprint of the Crown Publishing Group, a division of Random House, Inc., whose parent company is Bertelsmann AG and between them they also employ people to promote Condoleezza Rice and her book generally such as on her facebook page and now on twitter. So that "William Morris".
Perhaps the "William Morris" you mean is
Though Wikipedia lists 10 other "William Morris" politicians and activists. William Morris (disambiguation)
Your William Morris sounds very interesting though with many good ideas. Would you like to register a username in the For Freedom Forums and post about his and your views?
