Luton Airport's plan to treble capacity by 2030 is off, according to its owners, Abertis. This may need to be read with a pinch of salt as the planned expansion came in 2 phases, of which the 2nd is the one to go. There seems to still be a plan to expand Luton to 15 million passengers a year by 2012 and I think that's a 50% expansion.
