Andy Worthington's article on Abdul Razzaq Hekmati, who fought against the Taliban, leading an important jailbreak in 1999. After 5 years in Guantanamo Bay he died at the end of last year. The US Army supposedly couldn't verify his story in those 5 years because they didn't use Google or phone up the man he rescued, now a provincial governor.
