The Competition Commission is to change the cap on First Bus's fare-raising abilities.
What? You didn't realise that there was such a cap, given that it costs you more than a pound to go less than a mile? Silly rabbit.
How much will the increase be?
"The new undertakings imposed on FirstBus include allowing fares to increase by no more than a hybrid index using fuel costs from Scotland and other costs from the UK transport index."
